The idea to include a microwave oven, coffee & tea makers, and a refrigerator in the suite was nice...

Really excellent home base for vacation. Hip new hotel in a nice area near Miami for surgery / vacation, and nice. The very friendly staff working throughout the venue. Exceptionally comfortable beds, TV set, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator in the room. Had a fully equipped kitchen👍🙂

Unbeatable and great position, we liked staying here.

The staff was really helpful without being intrusive. Easy access to Miami International airport, which was about 10 minutes' drive away.

Marvellous location in the middle of jackson, amicable staff, everything was modern. Location: the hotel was so close to Miami airport and Miami for surgery / vacation.

Amazing surgery/vacation hotel. New and extremely clean. Nice outdoor lounge area and small pool. Perfect breakfast with great options. Big and comfy bedroom, no bed bugs. Great location and proximity to places.

the hotel was in an unbeatable location right by miami for surgery / vacation and the airport & breakfast. the rooms at this brand-new venue were big size and brand-new. the stuff were helpful day and night. actually everything was great, my next choice again in miami.

The breakfast was great with fresh fruit, eggs, omelets, bagels, pastries and muffins, toast. the location was perfect as there were plenty of nearby restaurants and stores for convenience.

Our microwave and refrigerator did not work, and they needed to be replaced. our room needed to be sprayed for possible human lice or bed bugs.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to many shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great amenities such as microwaves and refrigerators. The breakfast is also impressive, with a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel has some issues with upkeep, with frequent reports of broken air conditioning and television sets.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The location was perfect for my needs as I could easily reach the places I had to go. The hotel facilities were great, including a pleasant outdoor lounge area and a small pool. The breakfast had a variety of options from fresh fruit to bagels, and the waffle and pancake maker was a nice touch. The staff was warm and welcoming. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, and considering my allergy to bed bugs, I was glad to have no problems in my room.

Our stay at Home2 Suites was fantastic! The hotel is new and incredibly clean, which is a big plus for me. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The breakfast options were amazing, with a wide variety of delicious choices. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I had no issues with any bugs or cleanliness. The staff, especially Jorge, was incredibly helpful and fixed any issues we had, like the air conditioning unit. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Miami.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel and had an incredible experience! The location was perfect for my needs and allowed easy access to all the places I needed to go. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle service, which was a huge convenience for me. The room was well-appointed and had all the amenities I could ask for, including tea and coffee facilities, free toiletries, and an AM/FM alarm clock. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I was also impressed with the leisure facilities, particularly the outdoor swimming pool, where I was able to relax and unwind after a long day. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, ensuring that my stay was truly enjoyable.

The air conditioning didn't work properly, and I had to change rooms multiple times due to disrepair. , the cleaning staff didn't replace our dishes, and we had to keep going to the 10th floor for plastic ones.
